You need a OBDII scanner to read and clear the codes. AutoZone will do it for free.
The OBDII port is under the drivers dash.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought all Bosch parts were brought in from Germany. I don't know of a Bosch plant here in the states. Am I wrong?

*NOTE* As stated on the picture, this diagram is viewed from the rear of the truck, so you need to reverse it if you're looking into the engine bay from the front.

The best place and price for the Magnecor's is Cerrone's.

I do not know if all of Bosch car parts are made in Germany or not.
But I do know this, Bosch dishwashers and washing machines are made by Seimens. Same assembly line different name on thje door. A friend of mine is a engineer at Seimens. She will not buy a Bosch or Seimens appliance.

I knew when I was left stranded on I-25 with a flashing check engine light and a horrible misfire. Use the Magnecors! Also, I did NOT remove the intake manifold to change the plug wires. I removed the secondary air pipe running over the rear of the engine and then layed over the top with a long flat-tip screwdriver prying off the old wires. I used this diagram to snap the new 8mm wires into place.

Cheers,

Pete

all bosch raw parts are made in germany, however, these parts are allocated to their third party partners for assembly.

Atlantic British only carries the 7mm Magnecor spark plug wires. The ones to get are the 8mm ones, they last much longer.

AB has the diagram under their tech section. I printed one off, laminated it, and put it in my manual. That way I never have to wonder.
