Anne,
I bit my tongue and will not post what my initial response was going to be, excuse me while I go take a cold shower.
By the way, glad your wires/plugs worked for you.

Believe it or not, at the time I ordered them (must have been 7 months ago or so)...that's pretty much the cheapest I could find. I didn't have to pay shipping.
Although...I don't think they were $111 then...maybe around $100.

I was looking at doing the replacement this weekend, and it will be a pain to have to send them back for a 8mm set.
You'll never notice the performance difference between 7 and 8mm wires. Factory wires are 7mm. 8mm just carries a little more juice to the plug for a hotter spark.

Thanks AK, I had a feeling there would not be a big difference. I cleaned the induction and plenum yesterday, now for a weekend of trying to change the sparks and wires with hands that are more suited to playing rugby than squeezing into small engine spaces...

Aww, Mike!!! We're all friends here...haha. Sometimes initial responses are fun...

My plugs/wires are freakin fantastic. May the LR gods keep them that way!

This is why I will be making the all important screwdriver, and if worse comes to worst will be passing the job on to the missus!

Having a 22 month old daughter has it's benefits. Diapers are expensive but her little hands can get into all those tight places on the Disco that I can't get to.
