Per our phone call, I suggested you can not fix this and it needs to get into a shop for a mechanic with a scanner and trouble shoot the problem.

Well Mike, you told me that the check engine light should turn on if it was too rich in air/fuel. I notice the check enginewouldn’t light up when you turn the key into position 2. So the figure out that the bulb was burn.I replace the bulb the light lights up when the engine is running, butwhen I was about to take it to AutoZone so the they could tell me why it was on...the land rover fail to start. We believe the crank sensor. But I will let you know why the plugs are getting dirty after they scan it at AutoZone. Thank for all your help.
