Speedo Gear for 4.12 gears

D2 experts is there a Speedometer Gear swap for my tranny or ? that can help get me closer to reality on actual speed/rpms with a 4.12 gear ratio?

The speed sensor in the D2 is electronic so I don't believe there is anyway to sync up to new gears or tires.
Funny thing is my speedo used to be 5 MPH under the actual speed until i fit 265/75/16s now it's perfectly accurate.
