Springing noise when turning right
My fellow Rovers...
Only when I turn right, I hear a springing noise...almost like a spring uncoiling and coiling again. This is the first time I ever heard it and it only happens when I turn right, not left. The disco is an '01 with 48K miles.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

He does not have swivel *****, he has a CV joint like on a front wheel drive car. Non servicable, when it wears out you replace it.
Check for a loose shock or broken spring.
If you have ACE then all bets are off and you are on your own because I have no freakin' idea.

It is possible to have one of your coil front springs to slip out of it holder, may need to check for that, if that is the case, jack up whatever side, take the load off the spring and twist it till it reloactes itself in the holder.
