I just put a ARB bumper on my Disco. Can I put spacers in my springs so I dont have my tires rubbing when I turn?

 

Yes.
Or you can buy a set of used rear springs and put them in the front.

 

Thanks Spike Thats what Wilson is doing< he also bought a ARB and he is going to try that. Is it easy to swap springs?

 

Yes installing springs is easy.
Remove the caliper, remove the shock, using a bottle jack press one side of the axle down until the spring can come out, install new spring, put it all back, do other side.
Should only take a hour or so.

 

If you plan on wheeling at your mileage, your factory springs have dropped at least an inch and a half and have not strength left in them as well as your shocks and steering stabilizer have long since died.
Using spacers to compinsate for needed height and the extra weigh is a "BAD" way to go.
Spend the money and replace your suspension with a lift and do not use rear or any other warn out factory springs, it is a waste of your time and money.
