having listened to my squealing belt for some time now, I changed it for a new one ,i noticed it was very shiney on the smooth side so i roughed it up with a piece of 40 grit sandpaper and put it back on it has now been squeal free for two months. Dont do it with the engine running the paper gets hot and burns your finger.
