Default squeaking/grinding noise

I just recently replaced the power steering pump and tensioner pulley on my wifes 2004 LR Disco II the first couple days it made no noises and now it is starting to make a squealing/grinding noise under the hood and I can't figure out what is causing it. It almost sounds like it did before I replaced the pulley but not quite the same is there another pulley that might need replaced? I am at a loss so any input will be helpful. Thanks

Pull the belt off and inspect each pulley and and idler for rough bearings.

usually the hand inspection will reveal the culprit. If nothing can be felt, try putting belt back on, running at idle, and pressing a stick against your ear and the other end against each item that has a rotating part. The stick transfers the noise better than air, and helps drown out other engine noise. They also make mechanic's stethoscopes, available at parts stores.
