squeaky or chirping sound coming tranny????

okay....I was confused from the thread jacking. you need to make sure it is not your shaft. make sure you don't have a grease nipple rubbing the kitty. the shaft one is originally replaced with a little flush cap while its in use.
bad bearings usually show themselves, opposite of what you are describing......unloading. mounts are also good to look at as culprit. and you need to start a new thread, so we don't all get confused.

Sorry, didn't consider it jacking since we both had chirping and already had new/rebuilt shafts. But I didn't see the nuance of his happening specifically while not moving. I'll start a new thread if this requires further discussion. Thanks all for the help in this thread.

are you referring to the exhaust rattle/ chirp?
or is there also a metallic clang also?
also can you get a 20x20 umbrella for the next vid?

Yes there is sometimes a metallic noise I put up all my videos on YouTube it goes rover squeak then rover squeakv1thur 7. I was wondering if it the cats warming up making noise but after its warmed up it still makes that squeak but not all the time

to link us= just copy and paste wed addy on your post
quick check for exhaust== increase backpressure with a rag or something covering tailpipe. it should alter the sound if that is the source
