Default squeal when cold, maybe not belt

Recently I've had squealing when the engine is cold, I put on a new belt 6 months ago and it's never squealed since I put it on up until a week ago. It started small and only did it for a few seconds at start-up, now it goes on for about 2 minutes. I'm almost certain that it's not the belt, but of course I'm not 100% sure, which is why I am here. I revved the engine a little while looking down at the belt and I smell a faint smell of a burning clutch smell, can a fan clutch squeal like this?

edit:I read some more posts and I'm going to replace the pulleys first, please delete this, I tried but there was no option

Your belt tensioner is bad.

And the fan clutch can't make that smell, it is two metal corrugated discs with "silicone" fluid between. No friction material to burn off under use.

have you checked to see what the volts are on your battery? It could also be your alternator.
