Can anyone out there help. We are new to the forum and own amongst 2 other LR a 2003 Disco 2 TD5. We have a recurrent intermittent problem with it which has driven us to the look for help. I am reasonably mechanically able but struggle with all things electrical. Over the last few months we have had a starting issue which may be from either hot or cold although more often than not from cold. Most of the time it has been starting first time although it may also crank over and over for what seems forever before it tries to fire and then if you catch it right it'll start. We can hear the fuel pump whirring away when we turn the key and we don't seems to get loads of smoke out the back when it does decide to fire up. The wiring harness in the rocker was replaced recently as we thought this may have been a contributor but it hasn't solved it. Thoughts have also wandered to fuel pump and fuel return valve above the filter. Our S1 86 is far easier to figure out
