Startup Issues and some Codes

When i go turn the key slow in the ignition everything likes up but it wont start. If i get to position 2 and turn the key fast it fires right up. Any suggestions on this? 2002 Disco.

What are the fault code numbers? What do you mean it won't start, does the engine turn over and or just won't start or does the starter not turn?

The codes are still both banks lean P0174 and P0171. As for the ignition, if i turn the key slow no starter. If i turn it faster it will start. Kinda odd.
