Hey all,
I'm still pretty new to the Disco and fixing vehicles overall. I've read a number of posts that Disco IIs need their ujoints and driveshafts rebuilt/replaced but I can't for the life of me figure out the status of mine. I've attached a few pictures. Can anyone tell me if what I have is what I need or if I need to replace? Thanks!

YES, time for new driveshafts... give Lucky8 a call and order a set. I would NOT wait to replace the FRONT!!
Start spraying the old nuts/bolts with some penetrating oil to make removal easier.
FRONT (take your pick) > https://www.lucky8llc.com/collection...ont-driveshaft
REAR > https://www.lucky8llc.com/collection...onversion-kits

It would pay to replace the whole front shaft with Cardan as unless the centring bearing is replaced it's not worth doing and the centring bearing replacement can be a real PITA especially if your toolkit is limited. If you lose the balance weight off of the driveshaft the vibration will be so horrendous and soon destroy any new UJ's fitted.
