Steering damper installation
Dumb question, but I don't have to lift the front of the vehicle to swap in a new steering damper, right? RAVE says you should, but I can't see why it's strictly necessary. Seems like an easy job.
For reference, I just installed it without lifting the vehicle. It seemed to go in ok, although getting the bolts lined up in the new one's holes was a little awkward.
I don't need to get an alignment after doing this, right?
