As soon as I have the time to tear it back down I will hopefully figure out what I did wrong and correct the problem this time, thanks to everyone chiming in, always great to have advice

 

Finally got time to tear it down, the gasket was blown on the edge where water jacket, the gasket didn't have the metal like the elring does so makes me wonder how long the other side will last, I don't mind doing the work on my rover but it's time consuming I hope to have maybe fixed it for awhile. I should have her back goin in a couple days, thanks again for the help guys!
