Strange door issue

Need group thought. I've had to replace all 5 of my door actuators as when I bought my 03 Disco S, none were working electrically. I bought all 5 from Will Tillery and Installed them. All but the passenger's worked fine, but the pass front bench tested fine. So WIll, graciously, sent me another and it bench tested fine. I also bought a replacement handle and cable, just in case that was the issue. So, still a problem: unlocked, everything works great. But, lock it and you're done. You pull the indor handle and the lock button goes up but isn't unlocked. Exaclty what the other one did. THis is driving me nuts and I can't use my truck until this is fixed. Any thoughts?? I hate to keep bothering WIll as the parts, I believe, are fine when he sends them.
