Default strange sound and a few drops of antifreeze

Had a great day at the beach with my new 99 disco II. When I got how I noticed a few drop of antifreeze. I open the hood to locate the problem any heard a high pitched sound from the fan area. I also have air sound when I step on it. Any thoughts?

Go have someone do a coolant pressure test to find the leak and then replace the t/stat and all the other hose if they haven't been done. Don't forget to use Dexcool and for extra measure, throw in a bottle of either Purple Ice or Water Wetter.
