Best, I don't think those fit in the facelift housing, unless I'm mistaken. If they do I will second that they work well, I run them on the green 99 of mine.

Facelift uses H7, older D2/D1 use H4.

Yep older housings only. The H7 just isn't a very long life bulb. I remember when the 03-04's were new and going thru bulbs like crazy! LR issued a campaign to replace the bulbs with LL versions (long life) and those worked much much better. When it comes to retrofitting H7 LED = no room for the fan assembly in the housing.

With the 94-02 headlight housing the fan could stick out, but then it had clearance issues outside the housing. The Eagle placed the fan inside the housing which made installation identical to OEM. Only 9003 bulb I've ever seen or any LED bulb for that matter which did that.
