I have a couple of loose wires under my rover by the transfer case. I repaired them and taped them up but they still got wet and shorted out fuse 21. I was stuck in park but the brake lights worked. Fuse 21 is in the passenger fuse box. It connects to the solenoid that releases the shifter. I did not find this while searching the forum so I thought I would post it in case someone else was looking. This is a 02 disco II btw.
