Regulator gave it Up
Similar situation on my drivers side front. You need to either repair the regulator or order a new one. One of the plastic wheels in the lower track has probably broken or decentigrated. Hence it cannot push the window all the way to the top. Its not a hard repair but if you buy a new regulator, you have a much better chance of doing it only one time.
This guys ships fast on eBay and is where I bought my right front

Ok.
That works.
I ripped the door apart last night and pulled the regulator down and got the window to go up. But same theory basically get it to go down once then it jambs on the way back up.
I had the wife help me.
We actually had the regualtor in my hand while she was pushing the up and down button and the motor works without an issue but binds as soon as you put it all back together.
If the motor works would it be a safe assumption that the motor is good but the regulator is bad.
And to that tool yes I have that one as well as the snap on version.
I've always believed if I need a tool for a job once go out and buy it.

The motor ususally is fine. Be careful they are super strong. Its easy to pinch a finger.
Once you have the regulator/motor out on a work bench you will see the 3 Torx screws holding it in. Note: You may have Torx bits in a drill set but never noticed them. If you dont have the set like in a Allen tool.
I drove around for about 4 days with 2 sticks of wood holding up my windowwhile my regulator was being shipped.
You will see how the motor gear teeth fit in the regulator.
Yeah the panel popper tool is great and can save them from breaking off the door panel.
Now I'm debating ordering the passenger front regulator. It has banged when rolling down for about a year now.
