Do all d2 have the pull out cupholder directly below the AC controls? Not sure if I don't have one or it's just glued stuck from age and non use like the ashtrays and rear armrest cup holders lol

 

 

99-02 only. 03-04 don't have it but you can easily retrofit.

 

Don't bother with the slide out cup holder, it only holds pop/beer cans and is directly in front of the heater controls. It's an idiotic spot for a cup holder, period.

I personally love the pop-out cup holders .They hold starbucks and other paper coffee cups perfectly. The center console cup holders allow some slop around the cup

 

Agreed, me and the wife use the consoles for the Yeti's, but if we go through a drive through or she gets a can of pop, I can pop it in to the dash cupholders. I have had 11 Discos and never had a dash cupholder break due to weight.

 

I agree with extinct. Mine hasnt broken either and we use it daily.
