Update. The truck ran for about 3 miles. Then the M and S on the dashboard started blinking. Along with the D in the gear indicator. She went about another 2 miles (I had turned around and started heading home) she almost made it home when she died. She wouldn't restart. I went back in the morning and she started. S and M still blinking. Got her home and she died as I was rolling up the driveway (good timing)

She seemed to run fine while she was running. Except she wouldn't upshift passed second gear (maybe it was 3rd...I didn't count...but her rpms were high for 45mph)

Any thoughts?
