I have just re-sealed the sunroofs on my 2000 TD5 D2. All back in okay but the front one that I removed no longer has the two stage opening (tilt then fully open). It will open and close okay but you have to hold the button. I have heard that you may need to calibrate the sunroof but cannot find out how. Have I done something else wrong? Any ideas most welcome. Thanks in advance.

 

Remove the motor from the frame while leaving connected push button, one direction it will stop as soon as released, the other it runs till it gets to home. Make sure sunroof is fully closed when doing procedure

 

Thanks for that it helped a lot. I can now see the position of the red plastic cam on the motor is critical. All fixed.
