Default Sunroof adjustment?

I dropped my headliner because of roof leaks (front & rear).

The drivers side drain tube on the form sunroof was cracked off. I repaired it by epoxying in a 3/8" bar bed (damm filter it was being replaced by ******) plastic fitting from Lowes.

The rear sunroof was OK. The drain pan is filling up with water and spilling out when I accelerate or brake. I rerouted the drainlines to slope form high to low from the factor they pitched up (before they dropped down by the rear pillar). I cleaned out the drain pan and blew out the lines to make sure they were clear.

I lubed the tracks and cables. The sunroofs are quieter when opening and closing. However when I was looking at the rear sunroof. The drivers side moves back and forth about 3/8"-1/2" and the passenger side has no movement. Is there anyway to adjust the mechanism? Can this cause the sunroof to not completely seal?

After doing some searching. I think the problem is the plastic piece on the end of the cable broke off.
I did find DIY repair for it: https://landroverforums.com/forum/di...f-rails-33945/

I may try it or just get a used cable/track assembly.
