Remove the tray, glue it back together and go get the underneath sprayed with rhino lining or linex material.

I ran a piece of Gorilla Tape around my rear sunroof seal problem solved

In regards to getting to the tray, anyone know where this is even located? What paneling to I need to remove to get to it?
