Default Sunroofs "CRACK!"

I noticed since I bought the discovery it seems like the rear sunroof, sometimes the front also make a loud CRACK sound when opening. Is this normal? is something broken?

No it is not. The sun roof tracks and rails need to be cleaned and lubricated so don't use them till this is done or you could damage one.

I just took my sagging headliner completely out. For now I re-installed the visors and sunroof controls. My sunroofs work fine and I don't mind the exposed look. Where do the drain hoses feed down to?

I am leaving the headliner out at least until I fix all the rust thru at the Alpine Windows and other previous leaks. Also took out the wiring for the rear set air that was present in the harnesses even though I don't have the rear seat air installed.

May do some custom finishing work after all the important issues are addressed.
