My drivers side door wasn't closed right and the superlock is engaged some how the remotes wouldn't unlock the doors. Since the door wasn't closed right it had a gap and AAA was able to open the door by pulling the door handle. But the problem now . The drivers side door lock doesnt even rotate if I put the key in and it wont move any where. Does anyone have any advice or help for me to try? We are able to put key in the ignition but on light and alarm sounds but that's it. Please I need help to reset the superlock feature. Thank you

 

Can you close the driver door completely? I would roll down the driver window, place the key in the driver door lock and rotate and hold for 3 sec in the open position (Counter clockwise). Also try double clicking the open on the switch on the dash. Lastly double click the unlock on the key fob. I would super lock and unlock a few times with the driver door fully closed incase the actuator got stuck from the AAA tech. Just remember to have the window down so as to not get locked out if the lock or key fob fails. Hope this helps or points you in the right direction.

 

The problem you describe is not superlock. If the truck had been superlocked AAA would not have been able to open the door by pulling on the door handle.

Do you have the keyless entry fob or do you have plain keys only? Can you open the locks with the central door locking switch on the dashboard?
