Default Support roller seems to be sticking...

Another mechanical question...

How much should the support roller below the belttensioner spin? If I try to spin the roller, it just stays as far as my finger moves it. The other belt support roller on the drivers side continues to spin. My question I suppose is, does the roller have some bearings in it that are going out? Thanks.

Also consider replacing both of your idler pulleys, they are also known to fail and are usually replace at the same time.
