Default Suspension time

Time to tackle the suspension (springs and shocks) on my 99 Disco 2 (133K miles, all original). I'm assuming that OME is the way to go, but wondering about spring stiffness and damping firmness. I do primarily street driving with some dirt road/washboard, no real serious trail work. Intend to keep my SLS and ACE. No winch or heavy bumpers. What are people's thoughts on stiffness of springs and shocks?

Default RE: Suspension time

OME 779 front bumper along with H.D. front and rear springs and steering stabilizer.
If the rear is too low you may want to add a RTE 2" spacer to the rear SLS.
