Default Swapping wires - quick question

Someone pointed me to https://landroverforums.com/forum/di...oving-im-9657/

Is it preferential for any reason to swap wires by removing the intake plenum? For instance, is an opportunity to replace the intake plenum gasket?

If not, are there any "gotchas" using the instructions in the link? If so, I', also interested in opinions on whether or not I should have an IM gasket on hand, either way.

TIA,
Steve

no it's just a PITA to remove it. that's why there are instructions to do it without having to deal with it.
