Smile Front sway bar question !!

Just was wondering if anyone out there new of a special tool needed to take off the front sway bar. I have all the bolts taken off and can't seem to disengage it from the frame. I have the manual and it says something about a special tool to remove this part. Does anyone know of this tool, or just a better way of removing the sway bar? Any input would be great.
Thanks for the help on this issue.

What year is your truck, has the suspension been replaced yet and why are you wanting to do a disconnect?
Do you have the standar sway bars or ACE?

I have seen people take the front of, but it is hard, especially on the passenger side.
Hop you know ti will sway alot with a tired suspension.
