Default T valve bleeder screw (brass)

My plastic coolant bleeder screw in the T valve sprung a bad leak the other day. I was looking online at atlanticbritish and they sell the whole unit with hoses and all for $59.99 + tax and shipping. The only problem was ALL I NEEDED WAS THE SCREW! So I called Disco Mike and he said the BMW bleeder screw for the X5 and many other models fits the DII. I looked online and found a brass one on ebay. With the search words "BMW brass screw" four results popped up and the one I chose was $7.95 with free shipping. WAY better than $59.99 + shipping. Thank god I called Disco Mike. It looks pretty clean too. Here are the pics:

A lot of us have already made the change to the brass screw, but thanks for posting about it anyways. I am sure that some still don't know about it. By the way what's up with the extra long hose clamps.

Because you can always need and have a longer hose clam.... BUT if its to damn small then it just doesn't work!

I originally thought my stock hose clamps were causing the leak. So I autozoned it up with some big ones. Need to clip them.
