Default TC Light / Brakes

Hi Everyone,

During the last snow storm while driving making a turn , I noticed that my TC light came on for about three seconds and the it was off again. Should I be concerned about this, or is it normal. Also when I brake some time real hard, I hear what feels like a grinding noice. is this the traction control as well, as it only happens whe driving in snow or real bad rain.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to pull out your owners manual and read it cover to cover so you know what your truck is doing.

The light coming on is the indicator that the traction control is working. The sound you hear is your abs working.

Next time I suggest someone go read his owners manual, I really want him to do just that so he will have a better idea what makes his truck work.
Nothing against Roloando but he needs to learn some of this on his own so he won't get stranded out on the road one day.
