Default TC light comes on sometimes...

I plead ignorance but is it ok that my TC light comes on for a moment after driving and going over a speed bump, say in a parking lot or if I bounce up on a curb while doing a 180 degree turn? Is it just telling me that Traction Control is working momentarily?

You may be looking at a speed sensor, starting to act up. Might also consider flushing your brake system, 3 pints of synthetic DOT 4 will sometime clean out the moduel and give you a firmer brake pedal to boot.

I experience this as just to be normal TC kicking in. It happens if I come off a curb too. In that split second the wheel spins faster and TC kicks in. ALSO.. I think the TC in 2003 DII's are more sensitive than in older DII's especially since we don't have CDL. I may be wrong.
