Default TD5 Thermostat for V8

I have heard a lot of good things about the lower temp TD5 thermostat. I just don't know which one to get. On AB, there is a soft spring tstat which I assume is the TD5 spec ($50). Lucky 8 has one for $80 (I think it's genuine LR). Which one should I get? Is there a cheaper one out there?
Thanks.

I agree with drow. Get the OE LR stat.

Now that I think about it, the top hose assembly could use replacing. Genuine on this too or is aftermarket ok?

If you need to replace hoses too then just go for an inline stat. Hoses are fine aftermarket.
