Default TD5 turbo diesel help

It was starting up perfectly fine for about 3 months now all the sudden with not a lot of driving but enough just going up the down the street once or twice a day probably about a 5 minute drive if that there is white smoke when I tried turn it over and if I hold my foot on the accelerator for about 20 seconds starts up and runs fine but over recently the last 2 days it's been cutting out after driving 5 mins which makes me think it's a fuel problem but then I sprayed the mass air flow sensor with the cleaner and it started up straight away no problems but 10 minutes down the street it cut out and lost all power so I don't know if it's the MAF or if it's a few thing anybody has some inside ID like to know and I have checked there's no oil in the radiator so it's not a head gasket leak or not oil but white stuff from the oil
And there's no fault codes on the ECU

I'd start with fuel presure reading, or changing fuel filter. Since you have no codes, fueling would be my first "go-to".
