I have the same set up, stock 2001 SE, TF 2" Medium +2" shocks, looks, and works beautifully, except for a CLUNK Im having trouble diagnosing in the rear! drives me nuts. Everything is tight underneath, not sure if it's my rear door? Spare tire mount? The sound needs to get more progressed I guess before I can find it...

Is it just when you go over bumps or rock side to side?
Check the watts linkage and arms. I had a bad clunk and thought I needed new watts bushings (which are not cheap) but it turned out I had not tightened the outer bolt all the way on the drivers side arm. Once I tightened it up all has been good.

This picture shows the outer bushings I had to tighten and arms in green. Check all 5 bushings for wear though. You should not be able to move the 2 green arms in the picture by hand. If you can then you either need to tighten them up or replace the bushings.

I was underneath it with a spoon bar prying on everything? Found nothing obvious? It didnt clunk till after I installed the TF shocks and springs. Hmm 125,000 mile garage queen, street machine, when I purchased...I don't want to rob his thread.

I will check those bushings again. Side to side feels great when driving.

A good example would be driving over a speed bump at 3mph, when the rear suspension comes DOWN I get the clunk.

Thanks for the diagram and info..

Yeah sounds like your watts. Lay under the truck looking at the watts and have someone rock the truck side to side.

Thanks for the replies everyone - kit is ordered. TF Medium Duty Springs, TF All - terrain shocks (Which lucky8 recommended over the tf+2 shocks). I'll take some before and after pics!
