does anybody know how easy/hard it would be to cut holes in to the terrafirma bumper to place the stock fog lights in it? if anybody has done it pictures would be awesome as I would need to fab up some brackets for the lights. or would this all be to much and should I just buy some hella fogs and mount them on it.

 

there is room behind the bumper to mount fog lights, but no mounts. plus you will have to piece the power coating in order to do so.

 

would it be easier to just get some Hella 500 fogs and mount those?

 

personally; i will go with a curved 30 led light bar across the top, as i have no need to carry a which with me everyday.
it all depends if you really think the power coat will last forever, i figured mine were going be be done with bedliner eventually as power coat cant be touched up.
if that is the case and you think they will be painted at some point, then just find a light that has an outside trim ring, mount the light behind the bumper and the trim ring should hold the power coat tight for quite some time.

 

that's not a bad idea but I've already got two Hella 500's so i think i may just try to mount them on the bumper once I've got it. Do you have any pictures of your setup with the lightbar?

 

i do not, go on ebay type 30 inch combo light bar and it should come up
