terrafirma lift?

I would replace the brake hoses with some stainless ones anyhow if they are original. I think the ABS wires are long enough to handle a 3" if you reroute them. Youll probably be fine with the brake hoses at 3" but youll like the better brake performance if you change them out.

OK, guys some seem to have went with the HD and some the Medium Duty. Do both give you the 2 to 2.25 inch lift? Compared to a good stock ride, how does each compare in firmness and "tippy" ride at hwy speeds? I need a lift, but do not want that much lift. I just started wheeling a bit, and do pull my boat, utility trailer and camping trailer, so would still like to have a reasonably safe and stable tow vehicle after the lift.
Would one or the other settle faster giving me more of a 1.5 to 2 lift over a year or so? Would the Med Duty settle faster?
Discoboy,
"The MD Terrafirma was less firm than my brother's OME", was the OME MD or HD or Extra HD on your brother's D2 that you compared the ride of your MD TF lift?

Its probably just gonna start leaning to the drivers side once they settle. Now would be the time to swap them while everything is still loose and not rusted up yet.
