Terrafirma MD
There is really no need to add the spacers.. I will try to measure the difference tomorrow. Some add the Isolators to the tops only. the main reason for these is to eliminate the metal on metal rub. hence the technical term isolators. you can get measured isolators from OME in I think 2 or 3 different values. i.e 10mm 15mm 30mm. these are used when the original spring(usually drivers side) compresses a wee bit more then passenger side you can eliminate the metal on metal while covering the offset spring compression. YOU SHOULD NOT NEED SPACERS with new springs. try the perch plates and if it is still an issue I would contact terra firma.

Good points, Jeffh. I ordered just the spring plates after I typed my last response. I am really against the spacers.
Let me know what your measurements are when you get a chance. Thanks
Ya I had the exact same thing happen with my Terrafirma md springs. Must be a manufactures flaw or something. I bought spacers but haven`t installed them yet. Looks like I`ll be needing this same advise.
And I have a heavy *** aftermarket bumper on the front of the truck.
I`ll have to check the measurements in a few days when I get it back after some warranty work on my T case. But ya it defiantly sits higher in the front and I dont have an after market front bumper. That's what I thought it was at first, not having any extra weight on the front end. I almost think I got 3 inch front springs and 2 inch rears got em from Lucky 8....Im probably going to go with the D1 isolators.
I bought the spacers after I put the lift on and noticed the truck wasn't sitting level. Was gonna put em on, but due to this thread I'm going with the isolators (spring seat thingamabobs). Hence I needed the advise on this thread.
