I’ve never seen them sold separately anywhere online… if you truly only nicked it, you could perhaps try something like the self-fusing tape that Atlantic-British (among others) sells. At least until you can find a proper hose.
URO hoses are notoriously awful. Only use them as a last resort. The part numbers will be useful crossreferences for other makes though.
A better approach might be to install the inline thermostat and do away with some of those hoses altogether. The place where you nicked it might no longer be necessary.

Yup. Two years ago I had one installed for the block to throttle body hose. The clamps alone turned them into cheese within a few thousand miles. Such garbage. I really wish there was just a baseline level of crap that vendors altogether wouldn't sell.
