Default Are these the right lug nuts? [PIC]

Hello, I've just installed the OME MD springs and NitroCharger shocks. Got the BFG All Terrain AT/KO 265/75/16 installed on the 16" five spoke rims. I reused the lug nuts from my 18" wheels but there seem to be sticking out on the 16".

Any observations? Does 2000-2002 have different lug nuts than 2003-2004 Discos?

I will post picture of the entire truck soon! (when rains stops)

They look fine to me, my 2003 D2 and 2000 D2 look the same when I have the OEM 16 inchers installed.

All D2's and P38's take the same lug nut. Just make sure to use the ones with a dimple on them, only on the spare tire.
Also make sure to torques the lug nuts to 103 foot pounds.

More like a pimple not a dimple. The spare tire carrier lug nuts have a pimple on the top of them and have a different thread pitch.

That would explain why i had to take the spare wheel off with a 600lb impact wrench yesterday then. It looks like all my lug nuts are the same and the threads on the spare carrier are totally knackered.

Just to be sure can someone snap a photos of what the "spare tire lung nut dimple" should look like? I'd hate to find someone has put them on my wheels, but if they have i want to know before i get a flat!

Thanks
Dave

See the bubble on the top of the lug nut?
