It's been a while since I've walked the halls here at LRF, but I'm thinking about coming back!

I sold the P38 and have been driving an '04 Jaguar XJ8, but I've always missed my beloved Land Rover.

The Jag is now for sale, and I'm thinking about a Disco II.

Anyone have any good persuasion techniques to get me to come back to the family?

 

Where are you located? I've got just the one for you! Seriously though, if you know Rovers, you know you've got to stay on top of them, but I don't think I've ever had more fun driving a vehicle.

I wasn't kidding, if you're close to Alabama, there's one right at 100k for sale.

I think he knows what he is back into. He drives a jag for christ sake.

 

I have both an X-Type and my D2, I have to say I'd sooner take the D2 on a 1000 mile run.

I did it!

After seeing about 7 different D2's and almost getting conned out of $7,000 last night, I stumbled upon a very nice 2003 D2 with 125k on the clock.

After making an offer, the (previous) owner accepted without any haggling, and I drove away with my new toy!
