Default Thought I shot the 3 Amigos dead

So I did Josh's Option B SVS repair and the o rings with a falcon works kit. Everything checked out and the Amigos went away. They just came back. I am getting the same code (114) as I got before I did the bypass. Any thoughts from the Masters? This really stinks!

How long ago was the repair? You say "everything checked out", did the shuttle valve switches read within specs for resistance? If you didn't replace the switches, pull them, and spec them out.

I did the repair about two weeks ago. The switches checked out within the resistance specs that Josh uses. The switch was brand new from falcon works and I checked before I did the Option B modification to it. I also checked them twice before I installed.

OK, I wasn't sure if you replaced just the seals from Falconworks, or the seals and switches. How did you splice the wires?

I'm in the same boat. I just replaced the shuttle valves but not the seals yet. Also option B fix completed. Added an extra wire to the grounding block over to the battery to make sure I was getting a good ground.
Could it be a crack on the solder joint? I have not taken that apart and inspected it? I'm about fed up with this crapola. I rent the ABS Amigo to the forum on a regular basis. I hope to fix this Finally So I can have some street cred on all the fixes. Anyone that wants to chime in would be great.

The connections within the SVS were soldered and then covered with liquid electrical tape. The trailer hitch connectors were soldered and then covered with shrink wrap. The ground wire leading to the throttle body was covered with tubing for heat protection. I worked on this at a friends shop and one of his guys confirmed the work for me. WHAT the HECK am I missing here
