Default Three Amigos Codes

What are the exact codes to be cleared to correct the Three Amigos? Just had differential lockers installed and have the Amigos. Need to tell the corner mechanic which codes to clear. Thanks.

Also, having major overheating problems. Recently replaced the 4.6L motor with a used 4.0L and have had lots of problems. Replaced the thermostat but that is not helping. No fluid leaks, nothing. Vehicle just overheats. Ideas? Thanks.

There are something like 14 different scenarios that can cause the three amigos, and clearing codes won't fix the the underlying physical conditions that are causing the lights to show.

I understand. As they appeared after installing the Ashcroft ATBs, I thought this might be a common problem with specific codes.

All fault codes should be cleared.
As for overheating... air in system? old coolant? low on coolant? incorrect t-stat? clogged rad? bad water pump?
