Default Throttle body

Just had my truck overheat. Guy who looked at it say the throttle body is bad. I found the leak and I was wondering if you had to replace the wholebody or just the part with gasket and two hose outlets? Can you do anything for leaking air suspension? Thanks for the help.

For your air suspension you will either need new bags (quite expensive, will need to be replaced again) or just dump the air suspension and have them replaced with coils (rides the same, won't need replacing again)
