Good update. One thing that should be clarified...... There are cans of "throttle body/intake cleaner." There are cans of "throttle body/carb cleaner." There are cans of "carb cleaner." You should only use the ones say specifically say they are safe throttle body/intakes. Some of the "carb cleaner is bit too harsh and can damage some of the internal parts that have a coating on them.
Same goes for a mass air flow. Only use a cleaner that's specifically made for it.

That was a combo of two things I believe:
1. Not connecting the Air Intake Sensor plug all the way after complete.
2. Using Carb cleaner instead of TB cleaner.
After securing the Air Intake Sensor plug I drove the car for prob about 25 miles or so.. I also tried to clear the Service Engine Soon light by:
1. Pressing & Holding the Tripometer button >10 secs.
2. Turing the key from off to ON
After a couple of tries and another full start of the ignition the Service Engine Soon light was Gone! Yay...
I'll try TB cleaner next time!
