Tires with D2 Terrafirma lift Kit
Yeah it mite be the D1 D2 difference I didnt think about that. But now with 4.37 gears my speedo says 70 and my gps shows 62. Itll go anywhere you want now just dont be in a hurry getting there lol.
But I did think that D1 and D2's wouldve been geared the same. I know the D1 has 3.50 or 3.55 gears in the diffs.
I do know Im running D2 3rd members in my D1, but I think they do run the same stock ratio. The D2 3rds have a lot heavier webbing and they do weigh a lot more than the D1s. but yeah I rarely drive highways so im not to worried about my top speed at all, Thats what Ive got my 18 wheeler for lol. You have me wondering if the transmision or transfer case have a little different top gear???? I know I could tell a difference going from factory tires to 245/75/16 and then a real big jump when I went to the 305's
Just a final update to this thread.

here is one i will take some better ones tomorrow, it took me forever cuz im a cheap bastard and i was able to get it done for free. gave my old street tires to a friend who knew someone who could balance and put mine on at no cost to me.
looks tuff!..............so how noisy are they?hwy, street.i know you dont dd drive your truck so doesnt matter to you but i really want these but im on the hwy a decent amount of time so i dont want tires that are too loud
they are not bad a little hum on the highway. def louder than my street tires were but not nearly as bad as i was expecting. happy i didnt go with anything more aggressive that they sell like the howler because for long trips it would not be fun.

Glad you finally got your rubber!
