Default Tires/ and slight antifreeze smell

I am a new owner of a 2000 disco. Love the truck and hoping I dont have a ton of problems. I found some 19" OEM wheels with the same lug nut size, is it ok to put them on my 2000 disco?? I also notice the auxilary fan coming on (does it always run??) and a slight smell anti-freeze from time to time. I just had a land rover inspection done by an independent, and replaced a valve cover gasket, but that was all they found wrong. Wat should i consider before thinking its the head gasket??

19" ties are not worth a damm of the road, so if you want to go 4wheeling consider 16" factory wells.
Yes the fans will come on when the engine is running and getting a little warm or when the A/C is on.
As for the coolant smell, go have the trucks coolant system pressure tested ASAP to find the leak, this is important cause Rovers can eat head gaskets and if you over heat your engie, you can loose it.
