Took my Disco out for it's first 'offroad' excursion
We went out Geocaching today, and we ended up driving some pretty crazy roads. I don't know if you would conisder it offroad or not, but considering that big chunks were washed out due to the spring thaw, I was pretty pleased with it's performance. There wasn't any mud, but some deep ravines and narrow soft spots put it through it's paces (or at least MY paces, since I've never driven in that terrain before).
I gotta save I love this truck!

It does look fun, but I think I'd want to get a skid plate and differential guard before I go anyplace too rocky . . .
That and I was on private property. They don't mind, as long as you stay on their established trails, but they might have been unhappy to see me tearing throught the sagebrush. . .
